For standard shipping, orders will be delivered by the national postal service of the destination country. 2.How long does it usually take to ship?
We will improve our delivery process after you have placed your order. To ensure the safety of your package, our warehouse will inspect and sanitize it. Therefore, your order may take 3-5 business days to process.
Shipping time takes approximately 7 to 25 business days to reach the destination country. We will make every effort to deliver your package as soon as possible. However, due to invalid addresses and customs clearance issues, it may take longer.
For example, if you order a dress, it will take 3-5 business days to process and 7-25 business days to ship. Therefore, you can receive it within 10-30 business days.

3.How can I get my track&trace code?
Every customer will receive their track&trace code automatically, once we have your order ready for shipping. The track&trace code will be sent to your Email, which you filled in our system. In some instances, carrier's tracking information may only be available in 1-2 business days after the order is shipped.
Will my package be delivered to my house or to the post office for me to pick it up?
Your order will arrive at your house.Some cities / regions / countries may not provide door-to-door service, though this is rare.

5.Why do I have to pay the standard shipping cost for my order?
In general, the free standard shipping fee is only applicable to orders with an amount (Order Amount=total item price + tax - marketing discount (including coupon code), which is over US$109.00, otherwise needs to be paid shipping fee based on the amount. NOTE the coupon code does not support subtracting the shipping cost, it only applies the total item price.
