Thank you for shopping at Vefave !

We hope you like what you ordered! But just in case you are not 100% satisfied with the items you received, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most items in new condition. Please note that shipping charges must be paid by the customer unless the original products are defective.

Tips: Before the products are shipped, our warehouse will strictly check the quality of the products and check the order information and size. Please confirm the product information and delivery address when you place the order.You can refer to the size chart in the product details for the size.

1.Returnable items conditions:

①.Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging, and all the items in the package must be intact. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.

②.Items color/size is incorrect.

③.Damaged items: please email us a picture showing the problem/defect after submitting the return/exchange request online.

④.Cannot be returned or exchanged items:swimsuits, underwear, bags and accessories

⑤.Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 14 days of receiving must follow the criteria as above.

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

2.Purchase not eligible for return:

①Clearance sale items are not eligible for return.

②Swimwear, underwear, and panties cannot be returned or exchanged.

③Swimwear can only be returned if it is defective/damaged or is a wrong delivery.

3.Return conditions:

We won't accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without contacting with us first.If you want to return the items, please contact us.

Any addresses on the parcel are not the return address, pls must contact customer service team to provide you a correct return address.

After receiving the package, the warehouse staff will verify the information and check whether the product is damaged. After confirmation, the after-sales staff will follow up and deal with the return.

We will process the refund within 3-7 working days,refund based on the price of the items. The refund will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase order.

After the refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email. Vefave cannot refund, compensate or otherwise be responsible for any fees not paid to vefave. The non-refundable fees include freight, customs duties and value-added tax.

Please note that the buyer pay for the return shipping fee.We don't accept parcels with freight collect.

4.Partial Delivery and Missing Items:

Vefave products are shipped from different warehouses and in some cases we may have to split your order so that you can receive some of your items faster.

Please do check your order and package contents carefully before signing for the package.

5.Order Cancellation

We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should submit a help ticket from Contact Us once you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped
