Q1: How do I choose the right size?
A: Different products from different categories may have different size specifications. We suggest you take a close look at the size chart on each product page and refer to the detailed measurements to find a suitable size. NOTE: If you are not sure, please choose a larger size. A:The shipping cost depends on the weight, distance and most importantly the shipping method you choose. Q4:How long will the shipping take?
A: Please note that the total shipping time is made up of the processing time and the delivery time (excluding customs delays, non-working days, holidays and unforeseen circumstances). Q5:How to return?

Q6: Do I have to pay for the return shipping costs?
A: Yes, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.  We recommend you to check the size information carefully and confirm all the details of your order before placing the order.

Q7: Can I return to the address that is written on the package?
A:A friendly reminder, all addresses on the package are not allowed as return address. You must be approved to return packages. Any return requests not approved by customer service will not be honored. Please contact [email protected] to learn more about the return process.

Q8:Can products be exchanged?
A:Yes, for products that have not yet shipped or are out of stock, you can first click here (https://vefave.com/pages/contact) to contact our customer service, and then we will exchange them for you once we receive your information. Unfortunately, you cannot exchange or return products that have already been shipped until you receive them.

Q9: What should I do if I receive the package and some items are missing?

Q10.Do I need to have an account to order?
A:No, you can also place an order as a guest. But there are some advantages if you have an account with us

Q11:Do I have to pay first or can I pay after receiving the package?
A:We will start preparing your order only after we receive the payment.

Q12:Why can't I pay? Why is there an "error" displayed when I try to pay?
A:If you are paying as a guest with Paypal, please check that you have entered the correct shipping or billing address. Paypal will force you to return to checkout and notify you of the error if you entered incorrect information, such as an incorrect zip code. If you are paying by credit card/debit card, please verify that you have entered the correct card numbers, as Paypal will force you to return to checkout and notify you of the error or use a different card if you have entered an incorrect card number. Also, to lower the risk of fraud, some of the debit/credit card companies now only allow online payments to go through if your billing address matches your shipping address.
